Dear Patient:
Please don't wait until the end of your new patient first visit to ask my nurse practitioner if she wants to 'hook up'. She did not want to hook up with you. She has listened to my risk management lectures about how hooking up with the patients leads to terrible things happening to your license and your job. Now she wants you transferred to another provider and I have to call you and explain the error of your ways to you. I could be basting the ham instead.
