"My son tried to dialogue with the officer and the officer refused to dialogue." She must have watched a different video of the incident than the one I saw.

I lot of folks seem to be under the impression that an investigation by an officer, or even an arrest, has to be some sort of mutual agreement.  I think that's why they do things like repeat questions such as "why am I being arrested?" over and over even when it's been answered, just not to the arrestees satisfaction.  The Mom even does that when she's being arrested.  "I do not consent" she says.  No foolin'?  Maybe that has something to do with them forcing you in to handcuffs.
