He's on administrative leave now and will probably be fired after investigation:

I can't say I'm surprised, but we need more like him in uniform.
A plan is just a list of things that doesn't happen.
Is defenestration possible through the overton window?

Well, it's Seattle. The Constitution doesn't apply there anymore.
I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought

The powers that be are intentionally and actively working to remove from uniform those like him.

With 200k views this hasn't exactly gone viral.  I hope it gains a wider audience.  I suspect many, perhaps even most police "officers" will think this guy is a kook.  The kind of moral courage Greg Anderson is showing here is rare.
Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will... The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress. ― Frederick Douglass
