I’ve read multiple accounts of regret from people who did the male to female transition all were horrified to find out that the “vagina” they had was just a never healing, oozing wound of a hairy pocket that smelled horrible and it was extremely painful to urinate

Each account pretty much ended with the desire to die to end the pain and regret.

This extreme self mutilation is unnatural and unhealthy. The fact that society is encouraging this degeneracy is insane.

It is not all that unusual that a society encourages unhealthy things, and adults will choose to destroy themselves in all manner of terrible ways. 

The real catastrophe, though, is with children and the idea that people who claim to care for them - whether parents, teachers, or medical professionals - would push them into irreversible therapies that commit the kid to a life of misery and exponentially higher suicidality when "watchful waiting" would result in nearly all of them growing out of it.
