To begin, if you shoot into somebody's car just because you're mad, you deserve what you get.
That said, there are some interesting teasers in this story. This apparently started because some guy emptied the water out of a bottle onto the road and it splashed onto the woman's car. The story says that she became "enraged". First off, if water splashing on your car gets you enraged, you are demented and should be in a padded room.
Next, the story implies that both drivers had pulled over after the shot was fired and that both called 911. The cops took weapons from BOTH vehicles. That's where it got interesting for me. Normally a road rager who shot at a car would high tail it out, not pull over and call the cops. I have to wonder if the woman was enraged enough that she started pointing her gun at the guy, and that he then shot because he saw her gun. Still a dumb move, since your vehicle gives you other options, but it would certainly change the story a bit.
Anyway, I'd be interested in further details on this one.
