Looks like it is PEMEX rig and pipeline down near the Yucatan.  Pipeline rupture lead to fire on the surface of the ocean.
One of the youtube videos said it was put out in 5 hours with nitrogen.

Seen stuff on twitter where some enviro is ripping SpaceX for venting usually accompanied by something along the lines of Musk is destroying the earth! It's always nitrogen (usually when they're doing pressure checks) and oxygen  Methane they reclaim.

On a side note to confused the heck out of some workers at a oil change place when they ask if you want to fill you tires with nitrogen, for an extra charge of course, tell them you fill them with a 78% nitrogen 21% oxygen mix and ask if they have that.

Yeah, but ... Think about all the green things that need that nitrogen. That, and all the CO₂ that the plants need - plants all those vegans rely on.
