https://youtu.be/EDeUzB12ln8I saw this brought up on another video earlier. Behind the scenes attempts at jumping across alligators. Honestly, if someone had asked, I would have said the ones they jumped on weren't real.
https://youtu.be/bM_AN_gTMnAThis video talks about it. One guy said they had them held in place by their legs. I guess they would have to do that. That they can still bend around and snap at the stunt man.
I doubt today's movies would even attempt this. It would be a CGI scene more than likely.
