That was my point. They
DO think that way. And the problem is that when the discussion centers on "gun violence," the focus is on the guns rather than the violence. IMHO the focus needs to be on the violence, irrespective of whether it's committed with a gun, a knife, an axe, a baseball bat, or a car or truck. We need to address
WHY people choose assault or murder as their preferred approach to "conflict resolution."
