^^^In malpractice cases, we would much rather have a jury trial than arbitration any day of the week.

They came and talked to me again about the regional risk director job, and now they are saying it would be a hybrid model where the team gets together in Seattle maybe once a month or so.  That might be more palatable to me then the original three days a week proposal.

Oh hell yeah, that would be MUCH better!

In this day of electronic all-the-time communications I simply can't conceive of why any company would want to go back to a full office model if there were no logical reason for it.

Just had a thought
Is the arbitrator involved here in the same office as a certain Missouri DA?

If you mean the Soros stooge in StL, I doubt it. It was in the Western district. Then again, maybe that was her last post. ???

The alias being used by the plaintiff is rather interesting to me, as our board of tourism just recently began using a spokeswoman named "Mo" in commercials.   Here is an unintentionally hilarious article about it.
