Apologies for linking to paleomedia.
Somebody is going around shooting substations in NC, apparently fairly successfully.
Substations and oil depots are commonly identified as soft targets in Tom Clancy type fiction. Not fiction anymore?
No word on a motive. I wonder if it's enviro-related.
