College hoofball
« on: November 11, 2023, 03:26:38 AM »
I know college football at major universities isn't about providing an outlet for student athletes, it's just a developmental league for the NFL, but its still sad when coaches and universities resort to cheating. It sends all the wrong messages to the (ahem) "student athletes."

It's even worse when one of the perpetrators appears to have been a Naval Academy graduate and former Marine office.

All of this reminds me why I don't pay attention to college (or professional) hoofball.

I was never really a fan of college football, and after the anti-American actions both on and off the field during 2020, pro football became dead to me as well.

But the "sign stealing" rules seem so picayunish to me it becomes hard to regard the Big 10 bureaucrats as serious people.
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.
