Ugly as sin, but has an MSRP of $459.

Interesting.

Looks like a great cold weather pistol. Operable while wearing mittens.

A new, plastic, wonder-nine made in north Texas.

XD uses Sig dovetail.

Looks Glockish, but doesn't have crosspins in places where a Glock or clone would.

Some people are comparing it to the Arex Delta.

I had really good experience with the Arex Delta.  Might have to check it out though it is in North Texas.

Ugly?  Really?  No worse than every other polymer framed 9mm.  Looks don't matter so much if it works well.  We will see.

I'm with you. I like a gun with good lines as much as the next guy, but for a defensive firearm, aesthetics are at the bottom of my list.

Rugged looking.  Kind of ugly neat.  Wouldn't mind trying one out.

Holy *expletive deleted*it, I just went digging around the Guns.com website.

They have a HK P7M13.

They want just shy of $8,500 for the damned thing!

A Colt second-gen SAA in .357.... $12,000!

What the *expletive deleted*ck are these people smoking?

Reliability, feel (how it fits my hand), accuracy, and support are my concerns.

Reliability - both immediate (does it jam?) and long term (is it durable, or prone to breakage?) are uncertain right now.
Feel - no way for me to tell without handling one myself
Accuracy - probably OK for a defensive pistol
Support - a HUGE question mark; a lifetime warranty won't last longer than the company does.

When I saw the manufacturer's name - Rost Martin - I immediately thought of the late actor in The Wild Wild West TV show, "Ross Martin" whose character Artemus Gordon played second fiddle to Robert Conrad's "James West." His character was smart in the show, and the actor himself was a sharp guy in real life.

In any case, the ONLY motivation for buying this pistol over one of the other polymer 9's on the market is the price point - and I'm fortunate in that funds aren't so tight that I can't afford another $100 - $150 dollars to buy a pistol with a known track record from a well-established firm that's unlikely to disappear any time soon.

I carry Smith & Wesson revolvers...

Because they're reliable... but just as importantly, they LOOK good. :)

Hhmm.
I don't think it is any more "unattractive" than any other polymer gun.  In fact, the grip chevrons on the slide appear to be nice and deep so you have a better grip to rack the slide.

I guess I don't usually judge polymer pistols for aesthetics. Most seem to have a very functional appearance. They just are what they are.

I don't think a pistol being polymer automatically makes it ugly.

Blocky, chunky, squared off built from 2x4 & 2x6 tail ends makes a gun ugly.

I actually quite like the lines of my Walther CCP.

My Ruger American compact is starting to get ugly.

If the Rost Martin is functional and reliable at $400, combined with the PSA Dagger in it's staggering array of combinations,  there's some nice, inexpensive competition to the Eastern European and Turkish budget offerings.

I like to see that.
