Humunahumunahumuna.

I'm not sure I know what "rhythmic gymnastics" is, but she'd be my first choice as a teacher.

Do I have weird tastes, or have I just seen over a dozen women more attractive than her in the past week? Not that she's bad looking, but...

Miss Canada may have been voted as Miss Universe, but in a larger sense I think we're all winners as a result.

What kind of "national costume" is that?  I was expecting parka, longies and felt pack boots.

There is a phenomenon called the third dimension, where things have depth... I think maybe wasrjoe likes 3d women, like the ones he sees all the time. I bet if he say the new Ms. Universe in person his jaw would drop like the rest of our's are at her picture.

Basically, we have better imaginations.

Oh, and wow. I didn't know ice queens could be so hot...

Ice queen ?  Do you mean because she was Miss Canada ?

She emigrated from Russia 11 years ago.

A friend sent me a link to her picture yesterday with a note saying "Hey, doesn't this lady look like your fiancee?"

I am a lucky bastard.

She's a very attractive lady, but I dunno.   Doesn't make me stop and drool for a bit.

Part of it is I'm more a 3D kinda guy.   In person, I'm sure I'd have the courtsey to at least mildly drool.   I've dated my share of very attractive women.  They generally fit into two catagories.   Egotistical, or absolutely no self-confidence.   I'm holding out for a nice young lady that has a will of her own, yet is not incredibly high maintaince.  Middle of the road, so to speak.
"Rev, your picture is in my King James Bible, where Paul talks about "inventors of evil."  Yes, I know you'll take that as a compliment."  - Fistful, possibly highest compliment I've ever received.

Recently while on a business trip I was seated right behind Miss California (and, not incidentally, I made sure to be behind her in the line to get on the plane).  Having seen her in person, and having seen her pic on the web, I can say unequivocally that in-person she was a heck of a lot better looking than a photo would have you believe.

Seek out wisdom in books, rare manuscripts, and cryptic poems if you will, but seek it also in simple stones and fragile herbs and in the cries of wild birds. Listen to the song of the wind and the roar of water if you would discover magic, for it is here that the old secrets are still preserved.

...has left the building.

I am much more of a "3D" person... I'm not much into pictures, and personality plays a large role in attraction for me.
She is strikingly gorgeous though.

I really agreed with her choice.  She had a perfect body:  long slender legs, tiny waist, NO fake boobs, and zero body fat.  She had really toned muscles.  May not be a realistic ideal, but she looked amazing.
