James Doohan died early this morning.  This veteran of D-Day passed at the age of 85.  Sad

Hum... Too bad.

Let's see...

Bones is dead.

Scotty is dead.

Gene Roddenberry is dead.

William Shatner's career is dead.

Anyone else?

Noone that I know ok, but of course they're all getting up there in age.

I think Walter Koenig had a heart attack, back in the late '90s when he was playing Bester on Babylon 5 (and what a nice change of character from Checkov that was -- no more Mr. Nice Guy).

(added later) -- Mark Lenard ("Sarak" -- Mr. Spock's pa) is dead.

The actor of played Kang in TOS and DS9 died a few years back IIRC, but I think Nichols and "Sulu" are still about.
