I had one o my bi-annual sinus infections turn into walking pneumonia one time. 30 minutes after my first dose of Biaxin, I could literally feel myself getting better. A little odd the first few times. You need to use a saline solution at about the same concentration as your body's natural concentration or its mildly uncomfortable.

Try it - you'll like it. And a lot less sinus problems.

I use Ayr. You can get it at your local drug store. maybe $10. Comes with good instructions.
