It is from August 7, 2007.  At a National Press Club event, Newt Gingrich responds to a question about terrorism.  I think he hits the nail on the head.

Right on target.  Its sad that no one will listen to him.  My views on the WOT and Islam are, well, I would probably offend many if I listed my views, so I will keep them to myself.
