Ironic that while reading that Glen Miller's "Moonlight Serenade" finds its way to the top of my playlist. I think I'll head to the porch.

Ditto here, but I'm blaming it on Obama's big swelled head.

That guy's ego could challenge the moon's pull on tides... Being in Ohio, I've got to hear his nonsense adds around the clock, and I'm quite sick of them already. Funny thing, I've heard more of them during Rush than any other show.

I also noticed that the Earth was covering up the moon this evening. I called out to the planet Earth, telling it to get off of the moon and come back down from there. It did not listen.

No clouds here but it was too cold stand outside and watch very long. Why can't they schedule a lunar eclipse during the day when it is warmer ?
In other news, there was a total solar eclipse last night too - but the sun reappeared this morning

Yeah, clouds were a problem here too, but it did clear enough for a bit for me to catch a glimpse of almost complete occlusion. Pretty.
