A feminism thread hijacked by men talking nonsense.

The smell of patriarchy around here is nauseating.
I see it as the usual thread drift that occurs everywhere else here. Completely egalitarian.  cheesy

just curious, but how many lady's are on here? i think i know 2 others for certain and maybe 2 more? (that post regularly)

I started a thread on that question, and was roundly booed for trying to chat up girls.  Or for being the kind of guy who gets excited and says "Ooh!, there's a girl in here!  Slobber, slobber."

The only ones posting regularly now are yourself, Ladysmith, Bridgewalker, occasionally Barbara, and whoever else I have offended by forgetting them.  Or for not knowing their gender.  We used to have others, such as Dr. Amazon, Salukifan, and whoever else I am offending by forgetting them, or not knowing their gender.   smiley

There used to be more and some just visit or lurk without posting anything.

Personally, I find there are enough things I have to do that are distasteful that I don't generally bother hanging on to purely recreational things that also are.  My message board participation tends to be inversely proportional to the amount of obnoxious and irritating stuff going on on the board.  I'm just back now after a couple weeks' absence following a gratuitous name-calling session.  I'm saving my thick skin and strong stomach for class and court.

Just my personal philosophy.  grin

if i need to shoot myself out of the chains, i think my 1911 would work better. however, the 870 would be good for shooting the stove.  grin

A woman shooting a stove?  Why that'd be like a man shooting a remote control.  grin
