Quote
LIBERTY, Mo. -- A Liberty gas station owner woke up Friday morning and decided to sell gas all day for $1.98, he said.

The owner of a Valero gas station at Missouri Highway 291 and Liberty Drive, Milton Grin, said he was closing the business he'd owned for two years and was getting into the electric car business.

"We were in the mood today to give $1.98 gas away today," he said. "On a nice hot day in Kansas City, it was time to have a little break."

He had three electric cars on display near his gas pumps.

"We were going to close, and we thought it would be a good thing for everybody, and we want to promote the electric car business," he said.

Before he dropped his gas prices, he notified police so they could handle any traffic issues related to his sale.

By 6 p.m., they'd stopped selling the gas because of traffic concerns.

But what about all the profit he lost out on plus the laws saying how much you are supposed to charge for gas?

He might be able to get away with the prices since he's going out of business.
Look, tiny text!

If those are Zap Xebras, he's in for even more hard times. Wired did a whole expose on just what a pyramid scheme that company is, and how they don't deliver the Chinese electric cars they promise...which only have a range of about 20 miles.

Excellent.  I'll be first in line in a few months when he's selling those crap cars for 1.98/pound.  He'll probably be "going into" the dehydrated water business or something by then.
He never brought you an unbalanced budget, which is a perennial joke. He never voted himself a wage increase and, to this day, gives back part of his salary every year. He has always voted to preserve the Constitution, cut government spending, lower healthcare costs, end the war on drugs, secure our borders with immigration reform and protect our civil liberties.
