From what I hear, Tom Ridge is pro-abortion. And that would kill McCain with a large chunk of conservatives.

You don't remember back in 2001 a couple months after 9/11, when Ridge came on and said that duct tape and plastic sheeting would protect you from a biological and chemical attack? People went CRAZY buying it up for a while.
Well.....you also have to give Glenn Beck credit for the increased duct tape sales.....
