NFL Cheerleaders...
« on: September 15, 2008, 11:50:04 AM »
This is worth a look be you 16 or 80 and male.

Safe for work.

I don't remember cheerleaders bein' this hot when I was young - not that it would'a mattered much - these babes are way outt'a my league even if they did priortized brains over looks and brawn (which I'd guess they absolutely do not).

NFL Cheerleaders

truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.

The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are the standard. All the rest are runners up.

I always thought the Patriots had hot cheerleaders.
They'd probably seem hotter if they were shooting guns on TV instead of what they usually do.

Does the NFL really need T&A to sell football???

I seriously don't get it, though.
They are too far away to look at most of the time.  They don't show 'em much on TV.
They are hot, but I don't know anyone who watches football for the TnA.

Do hockey teams have cheerleaders and, if so, what do they look like? Do they have teeth?

Who watches football for the cheerleaders?  They aren't all that attractive anyway.

They're nice-looking eye candy. And I suppose their physical fitness could have side benefits for an amorous partner. But let me tell you: there is one hell of a lot of life after rutting, and a faithful partner whose main qualification is more than nice boobs and legs is infinitely more important for the rest of your life. I actually feel kind of sorry for them.

Hear, hear!

A few years ago I bumped into a childhood friend of mine I hadn't seen since those days. He'd just retired from the Navy and one of his first acts was to buy season tickets to Braves and Falcons games. I went to a handful of games with him - both sports - over the next couple of years. There was a man who sat near us at Falcons games, a fan of the game as well as of the Falcons, who shared your view. Every time, without fail, that the cheerleaders went on the field or came to the end zone to "entertain" us he would stand up and yell, "Get off the field! This is the National...Football...League, we don't need you! Get off the field!"

There's a cheerleader for the Houston Texans. Her name is Summer Williams. She works for NASA as an engineer, and she's a pilot.

The cheerleaders get paid minimum wage, and has to attend 30 charity events during a season, plus practice 3 times a week and attend the home games.

She was featured in AOPA pilot back in Sept. 07.

So not all of them are just eye candy.

I thought I heard they make extra money doing appearances at car dealerships and other places, not from the team.  So I guess the team probably sees it as "why NOT have cheerleaders".  They probably see it as extra publicity.

I would have thought they paid them better, just so there's less temptation for them to take side jobs as strippers or porn actresses or such-like.  Or maybe they don't care about that.  Dunno.

Yo.

Seriously, though, I think they wear a lot less clothing than they did 20 years ago.  That probably has something everything to do with it.
