Leave it alone, let it eat the dumb schmucks who want to go and scratch "the kitten" behind it's ears. Wait until it falls asleep after having its lunch, capture it and put it back behind bars smiley.

Tigers are carnivores.  Drop one in the land of fruits and nuts and the poor thing would starve to death.  It'd be more humane just to shoot it in Texas.
