Nah, everyone does.  If Obama does it in the middle of his term, when federal prosecutors won't do his bidding for what could be argued to be political reasons then I hope people jump all over him.

If Obama fires them for refusing to overlook Democrats and only target Republicans, I certainly hope so.

Why wouldn't he?  US Attorney slots are one of the perqs that can be given out.  You don't waste that on someone else's appointees.
