Searched for news on Cav Arms and didn't find anything. They are back in business now though. I just ordered a lower from DSG Arms. $125 each, supposed to be in stock Monday/Tuesday next week.

From what I could gather the ATF didn't like the way they were attaching the serial number plate on the MKII receivers. I think they've redone that and gotten ATF approval for the new method.
