This is 4 "celebrities" in a week.  :O  =(

His style was a bit obnoxious, but he was a good salesman IMO.  The few times I caught his show, Pitchmen, I found his approach to sales/marketing interesting.

CNN reports that he got bonked hard in the head during that jet landing the other day when the nose wheel collapsed.

My money says bleeding in the brain (Epidural Hematoma), same as Natasha Richardson.

I'm sure he was a nice guy, but I hated his commercials.
I would try to keep the tv quiet for sleeping roomies when
I was on a night schedule, his commercials would come on and all of a sudden...

i warmed up to him a bit when i saw "pitchmen" the other day. i used to think of him as an obnoxious talking head on the teevee. and now, he's dead. that's really too bad.

Ah, found it. USAirways hard landing in Tampa. Blew a tire, but no gear collapse. Still, it was hard enough to knock luggage out of the overhead bins.

If that caused his death, I wonder how it will play out.

I had heard that while Mays did get bonked on the head during the flight... that he was found shot?

I just heard this this morning when my alarm clock went off, and it's a smartazz rock radio station that may have been goofing around though.
