Good cartoon, and another sign of Obama slipping
« on: July 30, 2009, 09:53:25 AM »
Little by little the MSM is turning on Obama. It won't be long before they'll actually be blaming him for his mistakes and not Bush.

Nice little cartoon from the Akron Beacon Journal:

Suppose that'll trigger the impending Civil War/Revolution?

I noticed the FOP sticker on the car, too.

I think a lot more scrapers are coming out than just in police hands, though.

If it does, let's hope everybody here is on the right side.

What revolution?  Some of us will be home swapping out circuit boards and eating Fritos.  What channel is it going to be on?

You can keep your corny old Fritos, I'll be sitting in Mom's basement with neon-orange fingers, munching on the latest Chee-tos product and using the dustbuster to get the crumbs out of my Snarf costume.  Bob Barr's gonna save us from Obama, just you wait.

So FOP's the thing that people hang off their license plate bolts to get out of tickets?

???

Look at the 5-pointed star that says FOP right above the baloon caption.

It's supposed to indicate that the guy doing the scraping is a cop.

No, they endorsed McCain in 2008.

It's a play on that woman officer from Cambridge that said she voted for Obama before, but he lost her vote in the future.

And, he can kiss goodbye any police endorsement in the future.

Yeah, I heard that woman's statement.  SNAP!!

The cartoons I've seen about this are a little off.  They make Crowley and Gates out to be hot-heads, while Obama is the calm one.  The truth, I think, is that Gates is/was mad at Crowley.  Obama is mad at Gates, because he stuck his neck out for him, and ended up looking stupid.  Gates is mad at Obama, because he abandoned Gates and told him to shut up.  Crowley is mad at Gates and Obama, for obvious reasons.
