What happens when you submit a leak to drudge?

what are the odds that he posts it on his website, and that it gets picked up by cnn / fox in an effort to out-scoop the other?

I forwarded a story to Drudge about a teenage kid raping his dog.  It was posted.  No contact back and forth.  It just showed up on the site.
