Its time I get off my rear and get in shape, and with a little extra in my paycheck the other week, I cant make any more excuses about not having the equipment. I've ballooned from ~170lbs in April '04 (1 month before college graduation) to 225lbs since I'm no longer walking 3mi around campus every day.
I have a bad ankle that prevents me from running outside or on a treadmill, but my physical therapist and doctor have agreed that an elliptical would be ok for me to use.
Can anyone recommend an elliptical trainer in the $500 ballpark?
