i can see collecting guns of historical signifagance. thats like a gunnies version of antiquities. i can even see a well made recreation or commemorative historical piece, as it would be related to the history.

but for movie stuff/celebs, meh... maybe if your the hugest steve mcqueen fan ever...

if you're a big fan, and you like to collect guns (not just acquiring the right tool for the right job), then you betcha.

the right gun for the right job can ecompass a collection (in fact its the main criteria in our house)  ;)

I had nothing to do with he above picture and the possible blindness caused from viewing said picture.

But come on. The Thigh High Boots as an option. Money hungry bastards.  >:D

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

If I was going to spend extra money on a firearm, it would be to get a better firearm.  I have little or no desire to get a commemorative.  I'd want to shoot it anyway which wouldn't do it any good.

You forgot the $2000 price tag.

Sorry misprint. Three easy installments of $2000.

Chrome or gold would be more appropriate.

I don't personally get it. But then, I dislike most engraving and all applications of gold on a firearm.
