Summary:
Meet Hank Johnson (D-GA).  He's a Congressman and he recently expressed his concern during a Congressional hearing that Guam...you know....Guam...the island may tip over and capsize!

This was after US Troops were moved to Guam from Japan.

Johnson later said his comments were a metaphor about an "overstressed infrastructure."



I don't know what to say about this.  It just really leaves me speechless.
