I have NO sympathy for poor Ms. Lohan. One of the terms of her probation was that she had to attend rehab counseling sessions EVERY WEEK. The woman who runs the clinic finally testified (after trying her best to cover it up) that Ms. Lohan missed half her sessions, calling in the day of the session with "creative excuses." (But she made up the sessions later. Yeah.)

She went to Europe for the Cannes film festival, and didn't come back to the U.S. for a scheduled court hearing because "she lost her passport."

The LA press is predicting 25 days as the typical stretch.  Due to overcrowding.  I wonder if she will do more with her little fingernail stunt.  I am quite sure the judge and jail saw that.

Poor, poor Lindsay evidently had "f**k u" on her left middle finger.  Fox411 verified it with separate photos from Reuters, AP and Getty.  I hope there is something more that the 3-5 days of contempt that they are reporting that she can get.

If I had ever appeared in court representing a client, and I wore a T-shirt that said F U, I doubt the judge would have made a distinction whether it was referring to the Bench or not.  I would have been cited for contempt so fast my head would spin.  And deservedly so, I might add.

I think that Cali has special jails/options for those with cash - in exchange for them paying the jail system a certain amount of money, they get better 'housing' and such. Paris had the option, but decided not to use it.

She's switched teams several times in recent years. Last know good configuration was straight... as of, IIRC, a year ago.
