rorta.net has come up in discussion before here.  :laugh:

The fourteen year-olds there all hopped up on Grand Theft Auto etc. and dreaming of illicit loot can be entertaining.

It seems pretty sad, but when you think of it as a more interactive version of "The Anarchists Cookbook" and the other files that got passed around on photocopy and BBS's back in our day of the 80's and first half of the 90's, it's cultural function makes a bit more sense.  =)
