Barney Frank claiming he and the Democrats were stopped from reforming Fannie and Freddie by the Republicans.

 Barney Frank and  Chris Dodd circled the wagons 'round Fannie & Freddie when Dubya led the reform charge!!!
And Bill O'Reilly called Franks out on national TV!!!!!!!!
