Curse you APS, and your ready wit!
Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God?

You forgot the Brown Beer.
My goodness, that looks delicious.  :O

I was at MIL's house last week.  The portable air filters she has in the basement sound just like the "brown noise" sample on wikipedia.  Like white noise with much of the high frequency filtered out.

In another plug for my above-linked noise generator, the cap and collar on it turn to adjust the volume and general tone of the noise. I have mine adjusted to more of a brown noise sound.

Stick with white noise.  Brown noise sounds like crap!   ;)

Aspirin makes it worse.  So will caffeine.  If electricity is a problem use a small battery-operated radio.  Dial it between stations, and you have white (ish) noise.
If life gives you melons, you may be dyslexic.
