Name three people mentioned in the article who have intellectual disabilities.

Remember, the article is about the governor appointing a new head of the state department responsible for providing services to the mentally retarded, who are vastly different from those who have intellectual disabilities.

I love the comment where the reader stated that there will be no additional expense in spinning this department off into its own agency.  So, add another one to your list of those who have intellectual disabilities.

If you're not intellectual to begin with, is it still possible to have intellectual disabilities?

An intellectual disability is the existence of a condition for which the Department of Intellectual Disabilities was created to coordinate the provision of services for.

Department of Intellectual Disabilities....definitely sounds like a gov't program to benefit all politicians....
