I've noticed, a lot of folks that are morbidly obese claim they cannot lose the weight.  Uhm, glancing at the items on the table, it's what you eat and how much you eat.  For most folks, exercise is maybe 20% of being relatively healthy weight. 

But if you're comfy with being morbidly overweight, more power to you, I guess?
