What I'm wondering is why the family isn't pressing statuatory rape charges against the woman? I sure hope the DA is considering that.

Anyway, the lady is already in jail on charges of corrupting the child.

The amusing things for me are the idea that we have to protect poor little Johnny. I think most 14yr old boys wish that some crazy old teacher would take advantage of them. I do remember one young cuban spanish teacher that was quite a supporter of the football team, but alas, I wasn't much of a jock.

What's in it for the woman? Must be a wild 2 seconds.

I assume you mean old as in relative to the boy, and not elderly.

Considering some of the cases in the news were the female teacher was pretty heavily manipulating the young boys, which isn't something anyone should want.

South Park did there parody of that stuff, but with one of the kids younger brother who was a 1st grader.

I had teachers, too, and at 14 I would have been stupid enough to think it was fine. I also would have ended up even more screwed up then I am already.
