The amount of "how much of a clue do you need" is rather astounding.  Would someone with a better memory remind me of whether this of the Ft. Hood guy started off the marked track first?

It seems like almost every time some kind of atrocity happens the 20/20 hindsight shows us that there were many chances for it to have been stopped before it happened but either political correctness or some other BS let it "slip through the cracks".
