ANybody want to translate. There's a picture of a guy holding what appears to be a flute like musical instrument. I wonder if he found me on the net and wants $50,000 to record his band.

لوكانن قطر ستبني هذة المشاريع دون استضافتها لكأس العالم فكانن ستدفع مائه مليار    وعندما كسبت تنظيم كأس العالم فأنها ستبني مشاريع اكثر بمائه وخمسين مليار ستعود منها على الاقل خمس وتسعين مليار من ايرادات هذة الاستضافه
اذا كاتب الموضوع ادناه ماعنده سالفه وخبل وحاقد
بل انه  من الحاقدين على اي شيء خليجي

Complaining about a discussion board thread (Thread starter Mandh is crazy and hates the countries in the Gulf) over Quatari public works/water projects to bring the FIFA world cup to them. And that he believes the infrastructure and hosting the World Cup will bing in revenue, or at least come close to breaking even.

Are you on any international soccer forums?

Either that, or it's an Arabic spam designed to look like it's misdirected email about an innocuous subject (Quatari public works and FIFA world cup politics) and see if an Arabic reader would reply to say they got it in error, than once they know they've got a live person, reply with the actual scam etc.

How did I KNOW someone here could translate it?  ;)

So the guy with the flute must be the musician.

All I know is when you do the usage analysis on my website at geovario and you look at the where their coming from pie the UAE has a little wedge. To my knowledge I have not sold anything to the UAE so I don't know what that is about.
