Protest outside of our local Bank of America!

I thought it was for their crappy service and $5 atm fees!  Somebody told me that BoA was one of those corporations that didn't pay any taxes last year and that is the reason for the protest.  Shouldn't they be protesting outside of Congress instead?

Does the Alternative Minimum Tax not apply to corporations or are there more loopholes in that also?
