Makers Mark on the rocks.
Maker's 46 with a couple ice cubes to cool it off.

Rather than gin & tonic as someone already mentioined, I prefer vodka & tonic with a twist of lime. Tastes better.

Looking for something stronger? I like Southern Comfort. Neat, on the rocks, or in a Manhattan with a bit of Tribuno sweet vermouth.

Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

How about some nice Cognac in a swifter and a fine Cigar?

If it's rainy and cold outside it's good for you and you should have no after-illness, at all.

The final selection (for today) ended up being Russell's s Rye...of which I'm under the influence as a I type (with some effort I might add). Yum...good stuff.
It's been a damned fine day off.  Started off the day with a couple of owls making family plans outside my window.  Then I went to our church's annual yard sale, where I bought a half dozen old Taiwanese iron mechanical piggy banks for $50 (I love those things) and 20, or so, old albums and 45's.  Skipped lunch, made the trip to the liquor store, and have been sitting on the deck with my dogs ever since. The day has turned out pretty nice with intermittent sun, shade, and wind that howls at times. I swear, every type of bird in North America has stopped by today on their way to their summer homes.  I think it's time to put the car keys away, stay off the computer, and just enjoy.  I'll keep the other beverages in mind for future reference....just ran out of money today. I appreciate your input and love every one of you like a brother and a sister....oh crap...gotta go.

How about a Kahlua and creme?  Add vodka and make a white Russian.  You can also pick your favorite energy drink and add vodka, gives you and buzz and keeps you awake to enjoy it.

Red Stag and coke (I personally prefer Pepsi) is very nice.  Or without the coke/pepsi.  However, drinking it straight out the bottle while lying on the floor in your underwear is frowned upon.....  ;)

This.  I found I like it on the rocks.  Without the soda, that is.  And while it may be frowned upon, it is so smooth that it is very easy to find yourself drinking it straight out of the bottle in your underwear.

Whoa...whoa ....whoa... I don't think Astrud liked Stan very much.  I really like this song. It's a cliche for the older folks, the young folks probably never heard of it.

On the rocks is good, but if I drink it that way, the bottle empties waaaaayyyyy to quickly....

Cadavers.

Equal parts apple brandy, hard cider, and Laird's Apple Jack.

Over ice.
