Peculiar. I believe that some numbers are inflated/not arrived at by the same method. It is very strange that the US and Australia would have noticeably smaller numbers than their parent country.

The map more or less agrees with what Xaviera Hollander says in "The Happy Hooker."

I read somewhere that it's more a question of size compatibility than size per se.

I keep telling myself that.
