The congresswoman who is apparently difficult to recognize paid for an Isaac Hayes appearance at a fundraiser with federal money.  No doubt a simple mistake, but you have to wonder how long the Democrats will rally behind such a liability.

Yes the Ds (and Rs too for that matter) seem to think ethics mean whatever you can get away with.  But when the voters start laughing at them, they usually start realizing they have gone too far.

I am beginning to hear the mutterings of a huge guffaw.

I heard something really funny on the radio today.  It was said that the Republicans have a rule in the House that says even when a Republican is accused of a crime, he must step down from a leadership position.  The Democrats have no such rule.  The reason is that they are all criminals.
