Macgyverisms from field and stream readers
« on: July 27, 2011, 02:34:22 PM »
This link has a whole bunch of little helpful hints for people who hunt/fish/wander in the outdoors.  I found a some of them pretty ingenious.

Huh, some good ideas mixed in
"Rev, your picture is in my King James Bible, where Paul talks about "inventors of evil."  Yes, I know you'll take that as a compliment."  - Fistful, possibly highest compliment I've ever received.

Off and on I've subscribed to F&S.  My last subscription expired, though, after seeing the amount of viagra and marital aid videos for sale in its pages now  [barf]
When I was a kid, I had an F&S subscription, and I was looking forward to subscribing my son in a few years.  Now?
I've used a number of the tips from the F&S pages, and a long time ago I'm sure I've submitted tips for approval.  Don't think any ever made it in, though.

Somewhere there is an APS macgyver thread buried.  Maybe time for a new one.....
