Looking for a really good deal on an all inclusive trip...help

My wife and I would like to go to either Mexico or the Caribbean but the "vacations" websites are awful to wade through.  Does anyone have a good place to go to find great deals?  Thanks!

5 years ago, when we got married, my wife and I took an all inclusive trip to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico (about 45min from Cancun) for $3k or so.  This included the flight, transporation to/from Cancun, etc.  We stayed at the Royal Hideaway resort.  It was so enjoyable, my wife STILL talks about it and would want to go again.

I booked it via a local travel agent.  Being rather busy at the time, I simply told her my budget, my timeframe, and that I wanted to do something "different".
