Not feeling the muse this morning, but glad you're here anyway.

Well, you probably shouldn't, unless she says it's OK first.

Um...yeah.  No feeling the muse without asking first, please.  :)

Ya know, I'd sit back and enjoy the show. Except fopr the number of knives sticking out of my back, making reclining impossible! :P

You don't have to worry about a knife from me, Strings.  The odd sword or two...maybe.  :p

*halo*  I have no idea what you mean, Strings.  You should know I am a little angel...I just like playing with metal objects that are pointy at one end.

Well established figure of speech, people. Sheesh.

Besides, what little dancing I can do would be a lot less expressive with stumps where my hands used to be. I've learned better.

Much, MUCH worse!

AJ... I'll probably be bringing her down to one of the indoor ranges your way this winter. Maybe meet up?

Sure, I'll try to make that.

I recommend it be Shooter's Shop or Fletcher though.

I tend to boycott Badger these days, in part because the range is unheated, and for a myriad of irritating things they've done and said over the years.
I promise not to duck.

Welcome, Terpsichore.  You can largely ignore most of this group of micreants and nutjobs.  Despite what Strings may have told you, this is a pretty tame place. Not much goes on here, boring conversations about IWB holsters and such for the most part.
Fistful acts up from time to time, and RevDisk can be a little spooky, but typically we're all just a bunch of average, run-of-the-mill boring folks.

And I'll take some 150 gn 30.06 and a sixer of a good micro, please.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.

I'm an oddball myself, so I hope I can fit in here eventually.  Granted I like my little shell, but Strings thinks I need to come out of it.  *peers out of shell* Doesn't seem so bad here.  :)

I am sure you will be able to fit in here.  Just remember it is always fistful's fault.

Welcome Terps! Always room for another girl to help whip the boys in line when needed, which is usually. They're bold, but sweet in their own peculiar ways and you won't find a better bunch around. (A third of them are tilting their heads down with shy smiles and blushing, another third have their chests puffed out and guts sucked in, and the remaining third of them are scowling at me for daring to compliment them in public - you'll figure out who's in which group in short order.)

And boys, getting a bit frisky aren't you? I didn't get the Firefly/Serenity/Bacon/Zardoz/Hoff requirements until I'd been here a bit longer. She seems able to hold her own but don't push too hard! And sammiches? Where the hell did that come from? Make your own dam sammiches. As to eight more muses? You can't HANDLE eight more muses!

9mm practice rounds (cheap is fine) and I think I'm in a Kettle mood today. Thank you.

As the lady said, welcome! Don't mind the insanity, it's not catching... ( at least I don't THINK it is... )

Nope.  I ain't staying under a tree....I'm usually the one climbing the tree.  I play nice in the sandbox though and there is no assembly required, does that count?

I've never been to Badger Arms, but every time I've been to Fletcher's it has been a pleasant experience. Although, I have been there when a line forms outside their door before they even open on Saturday morning, and if you want to get on the range right away you need to be one of the first 10 in line.
