I've had good luck in SC so far with the "to fast for conditions" crap. Got a warning once, no tickets.
I grew up in NJ and lived in PA by the time I got my drivers license. The couple inches we get here every year is nothing, yet it still manages to shut every freakin thing down when we get a dusting. Snowfalls I wouldn't have even gotten my hopes up over as a kid shut this place down tight and have 3/4 of my warehouse calling in because they can't get to work.
