Organizing paracord
« on: May 04, 2006, 07:26:21 PM »
I have a 100' length of paracord I keep in my pack.  I have it tied up haphazardly and it is beginning to resemble a pile of spaghetti.  How can I organize it so it stays neat and ready to use?

I use 3 of those little twist ties from bread wrappers spaced at 1/3 intervals.

I just wrap it around my hand untill theres about a foot left, then wrap the remainder around the bunch (kinda like a hangman's noose) so that only the loops at either end are just barely hanging out and tie it off.
