Anybody here run on a regular basis? I've been running pretty consistently for the past 2 months between 10-20 miles per week (lately, 15-20). I've even added wrist weights to the mix to get added benefit from the whole effort.
The past 2 weeks, Ive had some hellacious pain in my right leg, specifically the back of my knee and shin. I have a bit of minor pain in my left shin, but its not causing any grief, the right leg has me walking with a goofy limp. I can't think of anything Ive changed to make this happen, I never run on pavement, just the hardpack on the side of the road, and I stretch religiously.
Anybody have advice on extra stretches or something to help this go away? I really have no desire to go to the doc and get PT right this sec, and I'm going to basic in Jan, so I really can't afford to be laid up between now and then. Help?
