New Improvements In Traffic Cameras

New photo radar system that can track up to 32 vehicles across 4 lanes of traffic.  It will automatically take a wide-angle view and a close up shot of the vehicle's license plate.  It will not be available in the USA until the 1Q of 2012.  Mash the link to watch a video.

I think a license plate frame made out of, oh... say 30 of these, strobing at 30/60Hz or other common video refresh rates might be a good idea.
